Job Description
You will be responsible for creating and managing all design related activities such as UI/UX designs, Wireframes, Logo, Infographics, Creatives and other marketing collaterals.

You will be responsible for creating and managing all design related activities such as UI/UX designs, Wireframes, Logo, Infographics, Creatives and other marketing collaterals.
Requirements
·
At least 2 to 4 years of experience.
·
Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to
detail.
·
In-depth experience will designing tools like Photoshop,
illustrator, InDesign, Corel draw etc.
·
Should be able to design experience for software, web
applications, which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics,
and/or mobile devices.
·
Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication
ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.
·
Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps.
·
Understanding of common software project development and
management practice.
·
A strong understanding of graphic design, layout and typography.
·
Understanding of HTML.
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·
Enthusiasm for fashion and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Roles and Responsibilities
You may need to manage more than
one design brief at a time and typical activities include:
·
Coordinating with the project managers to discuss the objectives
and requirements of the project.
·
Estimating the time required to complete the work and meeting
deadlines.
·
Developing design briefs for the company.
·
Developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose.
·
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and
developing an interactive design.
·
Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints
of cost and time;
·
Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or project managers;
·
Working with a range of designing tools and keeping up to date
with emerging technologies.
·
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
·
Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working
on layouts ready for print.
·
Commissioning illustrators and photographers;
·
Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters,
photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web
developers, and marketing specialists.
Skills
Apart from technical and drawing
skills, you will need to show:

Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
·
A flexible approach when working in a team
·
Time management skills and the ability to cope with several
projects at a time
·
Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
·
Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your
designs.
