Essential Skillset

·        Have a passion for Programming and problem solving ·        Better hold on Object Oriented Programming Concepts (OOPS) and Object Oriented Design Principles ·        Prior experience in Programming using JavaScript, HTML and CSS ·        Debugging skill along with coding skills is very important ·        Very well aware of the importance and techniques of writing unit testable code ·        Prior knowledge of Jasmine, Moch, qUnit or any other unit testing framework will be preferred ·        Quick learner, well organized and highly motivated ·        Good communication skills ·        Understanding of data exchange formats like JSON, XML and should have exposure to code versioning systems like GitHub, SVN or Mercurial ·        Work experience in Agile Methodologies will help in understanding the processes followed in Excelsoft.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

You will work with a team of highly skilled developers and excellent mentors. Your core responsibility will be to write clean, efficient, unit-testable code with minimal support needed. You will adhere to the coding and review practices laid down by the team. You are equally responsible for the quality and timeliness of the modules you are working on. You are expected to document the pseudo code as applicable w.r.t the templates. ·        Display keen interest in the latest technologies and share that knowledge with peers and managers.
